Slushy Float

A friend of mine ordered "Slush", Black current "Slush" at that. It is made of crushed ice and syrup. My friend had just one sip and said it "sorry boss, I cannot have this.. its awful"..

We felt sorry for the guy and asked him to order something else. This time around he ordered "Float" , Orange "Float" at that. Now u can guess what that is... he he .. It was Orange "Slush" with Ice cream on it..

Poor guy.... u shud have seen the look on his face. Like a sad little puppy :) .. The entire gang started laughing and only stopped when we all went back home :)

that was very funny. I remember my friend in Singapore who went to TacoBell and had a potato dish for abt 5$. It was nothing but boiled potatoes with some salt added to it. I told him he wld get a few kilos for the same price in Madras. Poor guy, he cldnt even finish the stuff and left it half empty

Haha... Couple of days back, was caught out in the street in Montreal when it started raining heavily. Went into a cafe all wet and cold and asked for cappuccino. The waitress asked "moo latte?". Assumed in my infinite wisdom that it meant "with milk" in French and nodded wisely...

"Cpcno Moo Latte" turned out to be ice-cold coffee on the rocks. Shivered through it :(

I love trying 'interesting' items on menu.... But I usually ask the waiter to describe the item a bit before confirming....

At times, I get disappointed, but its thrilling... It feels good when my hesitant friends repeat my order when they like it :)

Once I ordered Honeymist milkshake.... It was lovely to begin with.... Vanilla milkshake with lots of honey..... It even felt divine ;) but then after a few sips it became very heavy.... thegattidichu...
But I don't regret my choice !
